Rhinoplasty results depend on the surgeon more than on the clinic’s name. To compare rhinoplasty surgeons and clinics in Istanbul, look at the named surgeon’s specialty, how much of their work is nose surgery, their before and after photos, the hospital or clinic where they operate, and the written quote. This page explains how, then lists verified Istanbul rhinoplasty surgeons on &NewMe with a known hospital or clinic, in alphabetical order and without prices.

1. Specialty and focus. Check the surgeon on the HealthTürkiye register. Rhinoplasty is done by plastic surgeons and by ear, nose and throat (ENT) surgeons; ask which the surgeon is and how much of their practice is nose surgery.
2. Their own results. Ask for before and after photos of the surgeon’s own patients, shared with consent, including noses similar to yours and revision cases if you need one.
3. The operating setting. Confirm that the hospital or clinic is licensed and where you will be admitted. Compare hospital and clinic settings, not just the surgeon.
4. Technique and plan. Open or closed, cartilage grafts, breathing correction. The surgeon should explain a plan for your nose, not a template.
5. The quote. Named surgeon, procedure, anaesthesia, nights, tests, follow-up and revision terms, in writing.
6. Aftercare and revisions. Ask what is included if you need a touch-up and how follow-up works after you travel home.

Some rhinoplasty surgeons operate in large hospitals, others in their own or a partner clinic. Neither is automatically better. What matters is that the facility is licensed, has the staff and equipment for anaesthesia and emergencies, and that you know in advance where the operation and your first night will take place. Ask for the facility’s licence details and check them. If the facility claims an accreditation such as JCI, look it up on the accreditor’s list.

Photos help only if you can trust them. Check that they show the surgeon’s own patients, are taken from the same angles and lighting before and after, and show a healing period long enough to judge the result. Be careful with heavily filtered images and with photos that are shared without a name or a consent statement. A confident surgeon welcomes these questions. Be wary of vague answers, pressure to decide quickly, or promises of a specific result. Noses heal slowly, and final shape can take many months to settle, so ask what the surgeon expects at each stage.
