Welcome to &New Me! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your relationship with us for all treatments, packages, and services we offer, including medical tourism, health consultations, and post-operative care.
1. Overview
&New Me (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides health tourism services, including but not limited to surgeries, treatment packages, and patient coordination services. We act as a facilitator between you and accredited medical providers.
2. Payments & Deposits
- All payments are processed in euros (EUR). The euro amount reflects the equivalent NZD price at the current exchange rate.

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposit amounts vary by package and are specified in the relevant Product Policy.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the schedule outlined in the Product Policy (usually at least 21 days before the scheduled surgery date).
3. Refund Policy
Refunds depend on the timeline and whether services have been provided:
✅ 100% refund if canceled within 7 days of payment (deposit or full amount), provided no pre-op services have been used.
✅ 50% refund if canceled between 7–21 days before the surgery date, provided pre-op services have not been fully utilized.
✅ 100% refund if your KiwiSaver application is declined (with an official decline letter) and you notify us within 45 days of paying the deposit.
❌ Non-refundable if canceled within 21 days of the surgery date or after using pre-op services.

4. Pre- and Post-Operative Services
Access to pre-op and post-op services may begin only after the balance payment is confirmed. Services may include consultations, dietary support, and other benefits outlined in the relevant Product Policy.
5. Treatment Providers & Facilities
We partner with accredited hospitals and experienced doctors. Details of the hospital, doctor, and package inclusions are outlined in the relevant Product Policy. &New Me acts as a facilitator and is not the direct medical provider.
6. Unexpected Events
If something unexpected happens (like natural disasters, severe travel restrictions, or a medical issue that prevents surgery), refund requests will be reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis.
7. Data Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality services but cannot be held liable for medical complications or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website.
