In the UK a private labiaplasty typically costs about £3,000–£5,000 (2026 price guides; London clinics are often at the top of the range). The NHS rarely funds it unless there is a clear medical reason. In the US, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons reported an average surgeon’s fee of about $3,900 in 2024 - before anaesthesia and facility costs, which often take the total well above that.

Lower staff, hospital and living costs in Turkey are the main reason for the difference - not cheaper materials or shortcuts. Remember to add flights, about a week of hotel and time off work when you compare.

• Which anaesthesia, and is a hospital night included?
• What is the revision policy if you need a touch-up?
• Are hotel and transfers in the price, or extra?

Be wary of very low prices without a named surgeon or hospital, or of anyone who quotes without asking about your health.

Budget for the surgery package plus return flights, 5–7 nights in a hotel near the hospital, meals and local transport. Your coordinator can suggest hotels close to your hospital. Many people also take a week off work.
