Hair Transplant Cost in Turkey

Hair transplant packages from clinics and doctors listed on &NewMe (October 2026) range from €1,130 to €1,780. Live prices for each provider are in the clinic and doctor list. Many hair clinics prefer to price after seeing photos of your scalp; they quote within this range.

In Turkey most clinics price a hair transplant as a package for one session rather than per graft, but the package always has limits: the area covered, the planned number of grafts and the technique. Two quotes with the same price can cover very different work. Ask for the planned number of grafts in writing, and whether a second session or a touch-up is included or extra.

• Who does the work - how much of the procedure the doctor does personally, and their experience.
• Technique - DHI and "sapphire" FUE are usually priced higher than standard FUE.
• Area and grafts - a hairline costs less than the whole top of the head.
• Clinic and city - Istanbul, İzmir and Ankara clinics price differently.
• Package - hotel nights, airport transfers, PRP and aftercare products included or not.

The procedure with local anaesthetic, the doctor and team, medicines and aftercare products for the first days, and a check with the first wash. Some packages add hotel nights (for example 2), airport transfers and PRP. Your written quote lists exactly what is included before you pay anything.

• Flights, travel insurance and usually 2 to 4 days in Turkey.
• Time off work - often 1 to 2 weeks.
• Medicines to slow further hair loss, if your doctor recommends them.
• Possibly a second session later.

Not always, but ask more questions. The ISHRS warns about clinics where unlicensed technicians do steps a doctor should do. Check who designs the hairline and harvests the grafts, how many patients the team treats on the same day and what happens if grafts do not grow.

A hair transplant is not available on the NHS. The NHS says it can cost anywhere between £1,000 and £30,000 in the UK, depending on the extent of hair loss, the procedure and the clinic. Compare what is included, not only the headline price.
