I lost 50 pounds in a year!
I lost 50 pounds with tube stomach surgery. I was so scared I couldn't wake up because it was the first surgery of my life. I lost 50 pounds at the end of the year. I'm still eating less.
I turned to chocolate for a while, but I did not enjoy. Immediately I opened my pictures and looked at the decision of my life and reminded myself.
In the meantime, I did not sag.
